HOUSES PROJECT

       Students introduce a house in their city. This traditional house from Vladesti, Valcea County was built in 1910, as can be seen in the inscription on the front wall. These houses are representative of the village of Vladesti.

  When our project was finished, we used the answergarden web2 tool to get our students' evaluations.

 

 

  We created a STEAM project with our students about how to live in a house when the glaciers melt. With this project, it was aimed to develop the following skills of our students: - Contributing to critical thinking, solution-oriented, planning and designing, questioning, self-expression and game-oriented learning, To increase their awareness about the climate crisis, -To make them understand their environment and the world, -To provide solutions to problems by establishing step-by-step algorithms, -To contribute to the development of fine motor skills.

We discussed the aspects of houses that make our lives easier. Getting to know the houses in our city was one of the activities that students enjoyed. Later, we used the chatterpix program with volunteer students to talk about these houses.
